God is passionate about how the temple is being treated! John Chapter 2 makes that very clear. The fact is, if you don't feel well in your body it will be difficult to fulfill the tasks the Lord has called you to do. Your destiny depends on a body that is strong and able to meet the demands placed on it.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." I think we can all agree that an expensive price was paid for our body...the very blood of Jesus! That is how valuable we are to Him!
Sometimes, it's difficult to gain control of that which the Lord has entrusted us to take care of. That's where our destiny to help you get there comes in!
Our Mission
Mimi and her husband, Ben Kroger, are the owners of Sozo Health and Fitness, a wellness company established in 2013. Sozo in Greek means to "Save, deliver, protect from, to heal, preserve, do well, or to be made whole."
Mimi runs a faith-based branch of Sozo Health & Fitness called, Healthy Happy & Heavenly, after healing from an eating disorder, body image issues, lupus, and other life traumas with the wisdom, guidance, and comfort the Holy Spirit provides.
Ben and Mimi's God-ordained mission is to ensure that every individual pursuing health and wellness is equipped with the knowledge and understanding needed to accomplish abundant life and wholeness.
